Workers’ Compensation Attorney

licensed to practice in Iowa to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated

attorney with a client first mentality who is passionate about advocating for injured

workers and values working in a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

 Manage workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution

 Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and proceedings before the Iowa

Workers’ Compensation Commission

 Communicate regularly and compassionately with clients regarding case

progress and expectations

 Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documents

 Evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and develop effective case strategies

 Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high quality

representation

 Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards

Qualifications

 Active license to practice law in the State of Iowa (required)

 Experience with workers’ compensation law preferred

 Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Client focused approach with strong attention to detail

 Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
