Job Description:
- Answer all calls in a professional and friendly tone and screen when necessary.
- Check-in and create Repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle.
- Assist with any & all Customer Service situations. Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy.
- Greet customers and enter customer information into our system.
- Schedule weekly appointments accordingly.
- Understand and take note of customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Follow-up & Updates when needed.
- Create callback notes for service advisor.
- Consistently check email and texts for client communications.
- Support the staff.
- Check out and handle client payments accordingly.
- Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable.
- Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Attention to detail with a strong organizational ability.
- Ability to concentrate and listen amid distractions and interruptions; able to work under pressure.
- Ability to take complete messages; including names, numbers, etc.
- Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual.
- Possess excellent customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team-oriented.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate and understand English, including reading and writing. Spanish is a plus.
- 3 or more years of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry is a plus.
Job Type: Fulltime, Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
