Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Harman CPAs & Associates, PLLC, a well-established and award-winning CPA firm in McKinney, is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent, in-person position and a key client-facing role. Prior experience in a CPA firm, law office, or professional services environment is preferred.
What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will:
· Greet clients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism
· Maintain a polished, business-appropriate appearance each day
· Support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
· Assist with scanning, scheduling, filing, and document handling

The ideal candidate is:
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
· A clear, professional writer and communicator
· Organized, friendly, and eager to work in a team-oriented environment
· Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
· Able to maintain confidentiality and follow internal procedures
What We Offer:
· Competitive hourly pay ($15–$19, depending on experience)
· 8 paid hours daily (9am–5pm)
· Overtime pay during tax season (additional hours expected)

Requirements:
