We are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation, drive inventory acquisition, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the dealership's pre-owned vehicle sales operation
- Develop and execute a successful vehicle acquisition strategy
- Source inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases
- Manage vehicle appraisals, pricing, and inventory merchandising
- Monitor departmental performance, forecasts, and profitability
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the purchase process
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals and objectives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive industry experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager
- Proven success in vehicle acquisition and inventory management
- Strong understanding of appraisal tools, market pricing, and dealership operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Automotive management experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
