The Compliance Lead is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the organizations compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and industry regulations. Working remotely, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for compliance initiatives, risk mitigation, and regulatory readiness. The Compliance Lead partners with executive leadership, legal counsel, and cross-functional teams to maintain a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compliance programs and controlsMonitor regulatory changes and assess organizational impactDevelop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and standardsConduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal auditsServe as a subject matter expert on regulatory and compliance mattersProvide guidance and training to employees and leadership on compliance requirementsOversee issue remediation, corrective action plans, and regulatory reportingCoordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and legal counselTrack and report compliance metrics, findings, and trends to senior leadershipPromote ethical business practices and a strong compliance culture across the organizationRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory rolesDemonstrated leadership experience managing compliance programsStrong knowledge of U.S. regulatory environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, data privacy, or government regulations)Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or Masters in Compliance or Risk Management)Professional certifications such as CRCM, CHC, CCEP, or CIAExperience supporting multi-state or national operationsFamiliarity with data privacy and cybersecurity regulationsExperience interacting with regulators and auditorsAnnual CompensationSalary Range: $110,000 – $160,000 per year, based on experience, certifications, and regulatory domain expertiseBenefits Package:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off (PTO), including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidaysFully remote work arrangement within the United StatesProfessional development, training, and certification supportLife insurance and short- and long-term disability coverageEmployee assistance and wellness programs

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
