Speech Therapist in Union City, CA

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a part-time, onsite-only role (27.5 hours per week), you'll collaborate with educators and families to provide comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy. Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in educational settings or schools preferred
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule across multiple sites
• Strong skills in direct therapy, evaluations, and assessments
• Comfortable working with a wide range of ages, including PreK through adult learners
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to an assigned PreK-adult caseload
• Conduct thorough assessments and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Adapt activities and strategies based on student needs across multiple school sites
