This semester-long contract offers an opportunity to support elementary and middle school students with speech and language development across 2-3 school buildings. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue until June 9, 2026.Responsibilities:Provide speech and language support services to students in elementary and middle schoolsCollaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists and school staff to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with educators and familiesParticipate in meetings and trainings as requiredQualifications:Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in ConnecticutSchool-based experience working with K-12 studentsValid district fingerprints and background check clearanceCredentialed candidates will be given priority considerationAbility to manage caseloads across multiple school buildingsHours and Location:Full-time position, approximately 35 hours per weekWork is spread across 2-3 buildings serving elementary and middle school studentsLocated in West Hartford, CTThis position requires a Zoom interview as part of the selection process.
