As the school‑year SLP, you will provide high‑quality services that support students’ speech, language, and communication needs. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, case managers, and families to ensure students receive consistent, effective support.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
Conduct evaluations, re‑evaluations, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance timelines
Collaborate with staff to support communication across school environments
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
