Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP-CCC credential
- Valid ESA certification for Washington State
- Current Washington SLP license
- Successfully fingerprinted through OSPI before the start date
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K-12 settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create evidence-based therapy plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Participate actively in IEP development, meetings, and case management
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with legal and district requirements
- Support multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive school culture
