This full-time opportunity is for skilled Sign Language Interpreters to support students within middle and high school settings in the Franklin area of Tennessee. The positions require on-site presence, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an assignment period from ASAP through May 22, 2026.
Ideal candidates will possess an Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) score of 3.5 or higher and demonstrate the ability to effectively facilitate communication for the general education population in both middle and high school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and effective sign language interpretation services for students in daily academic settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to accommodate students' communication needs.
- Support inclusive educational practices and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
