This contract opportunity is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist holding a CCC or working toward CFY status, passionate about helping students overcome communication barriers. The assignment is set from August 5, 2026, to October 30, 2026, for a total of 37.5 hours per week at a well-resourced high school.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Passion for empowering students to reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as indicated by Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and implement intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team assessments
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state documentation requirements
