What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT | School-Based | Flexible AM & PM Shifts | 35/hr + Bens position at Bilingual Therapies?
Bilingual Therapies is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support the Vista Unified School District AM/PM Program for the 2026-2027 school year. We're looking for dedicated RBTs interested in working with students in a school-based setting. Candidates may work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, or both, depending on availability and district needs.
Pay:
• $35/hr
• W2 Contract
• Weekly pay every Friday
Available Schedules:
AM Program
• Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM
PM Program
• Monday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 2:18 PM - 6:00 PM
Candidates may be considered for AM, PM, or both schedules based on availability.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Help create a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• Active RBT certification required
• Must have BCBA supervision in place
• ABA or behavioral experience preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to support different school sites as needed
