Your expertise will play a critical role in evaluating, supporting, and guiding students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs alongside dedicated school teams. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with staff and families, foster positive learning environments, and empower students to reach their full potential through evidence-based interventions and assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist license
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting
• Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, counseling techniques, and special education processes
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Facilitate interventions, counseling sessions, and crisis response as needed
• Support MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) and IEP teams in developing student goals
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and adhere to district and professional guidelines
