Your expertise will play a critical role in evaluating, supporting, and guiding students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs alongside dedicated school teams. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist license
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, counseling techniques, and special education processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Facilitate interventions, counseling sessions, and crisis response as needed
- Support MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) and IEP teams in developing student goals
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and adhere to district and professional guidelines
