Physical Therapist - School Setting in Peabody, MA

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract Physical Therapist position is available for a school-based setting near Peabody, MA. The assignment runs from as soon as possible through June 18, 2026, with a commitment of one day per week. This role is an onsite opportunity, ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting student success and work well within educational teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Potential need for additional state educational certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and related service providers to support students’ academic and functional goals
• Document treatment, progress, and communications as required by school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to assessments and recommendations for student services
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, school policies, and best practices in pediatric physical therapy
