Physical Therapist - School Setting in Peabody, MA

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Willingness to obtain additional MA educational certifications if required
• Previous experience working in a school-based environment is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy interventions to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and maximize participation in school activities
• Assess student needs and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support comprehensive student development
• Maintain ongoing communication with families and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student care
