Exciting opportunity for experienced ABA paraprofessionals to support students with severe intensity needs in Levittown, PA. These full-time contract roles work closely with K-12 classrooms providing autism support level 3 services. Candidates will be engaged in meaningful educational assistance to help students succeed in a structured learning environment.
Location: Levittown, PA (Note: Positions are based in various school locations, not at the main building in Doylestown.)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Assignment Duration: ASAP through approximately June 12, 2026 (aligned with school calendar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA paraprofessional support to students with severe autism-related behaviors
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Assist with safety protocols for behaviors involving physical aggression or elopement
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support classroom management and student progress
- Attend mandatory orientation week (8:30 AM 4:30 PM) prior to starting assignment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an ABA paraprofessional in K-12 classroom settings
- Reside within 35 minutes of Levittown, PA
- Ability to work full-time, consistent hours with reliable punctuality
- Meet at least one PA paraprofessional credential requirement (e.g., 48 college credits, associate degree, or PDE competency certification), or commit to obtaining certification within 60 days of assignment start
- Comfortable supporting students exhibiting severe behaviors, including advanced intervention techniques
- Valid personal transportation and dependable commute plan
