Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active BCBA license issued by the state of Texas
- Strongly prefer previous experience in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with clinical or school-based behavioral assessment tools and data-driven consultation
- Ability to work on-site across multiple school locations within the district (no virtual/remote work)
- Willingness to collaborate flexibly as an itinerant BCBA
- Must complete TEA fingerprinting for school clearance if not already on file
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Support school psychology teams with behavioral consultation and assessment
- Conduct FIIE-related observations, functional behavior assessments, and comprehensive data collection
- Administer specialized assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Offer actionable recommendations for classroom staff and families
- Travel within assigned district regions as needed
