Join our team and make an impact in the classroom! We’re seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support middle school students in Caledonia.
Pay Range: $25–$28/hr (W2, paid weekly)
Position Details
- Location: Caledonia, MI (Middle School)
- Contract: 3-month contract with option to extend based on need
- Employment Type: W2 (paid weekly)
Caseload Options:
Resource Room Program
- 27.5 hours per week
- $28/hr
- Not eligible for benefits (under 30 hrs)
ASD Caseload (students with Autism Spectrum Disorder)
- 32 hours per week
- $25/hr
- Eligible for benefits (30 hrs)
Benefits (for full-time roles, 30 hrs/week)

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students
- Assist teachers with academic and behavioral needs
- Support classroom organization and a positive environment
- Help students meet academic, social, and emotional goals
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting students with ASD or behavioral needs
- School-based experience in Resource or special education programs
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
