Behavior Technician / Residential Counselor – Allenstown, NH

Location: Allenstown, NH
Schedule:
- Split role: 3 days at the school site 1 weekend shift
- Required weekend shift: Saturday 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Up to full-time hours depending on staffing needs
Pay Rate: $24/hr | W2, paid weekly every Friday
Contract: Full school year

Onboarding & Reimbursement:
- Drug screen prepaid
- Fingerprinting, TB test, and physical reimbursed in week two with receipts
- Required licensure or certification costs reimbursed
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior support during school hours
- Support students in a structured youth program
- Assist with routines, transitions, and engagement
- Implement behavior and support plans
- Respond to challenging behaviors
- Assist with crisis intervention
- Residential counselor duties during weekend shift
- Maintain a safe and consistent environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Experience with youth, SPED, ABA, residential care, or behavioral health
- Strong communication and de-escalation
- Reliable, calm, and team-focused
