Full Time Paraprofessional in Fremont, NH

Location: A school district near Fremont, NH | Schedule: Full-time – 35 hrs/week | Start: Immediate
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr | W2, paid weekly every Friday | Contract: Through the school year (with potential to extend)

Onboarding & Reimbursement:

• Drug screen is prepaid by Bilingual Therapies
• Fingerprinting, TB test, and physical (if required by the school) are reimbursed in the second week of pay upon submission of receipts
• Licensure or certification costs required to start the position will also be reimbursed

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and student engagement
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance based on student needs
• Implement IEP and behavioral support plans under teacher/BCBA guidance
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Other school-based duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience supporting students with behavioral needs; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Skills: Patience, clear communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping students succeed
