Responsibilities
- Develop and manage performance ad resellers and agency partners, ensuring successful collaboration to meet sales revenue targets.
- Independently analyze and convert sales leads, developing key accounts across industries such as e-commerce, mobile apps, lifestyle, lead generation, and others to drive performance advertising via Bigo Ads DSP.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes, positioning Bigo Ads effectively in a competitive environment.
- Conduct regular digital advertising industry analysis focused on North America, including market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
- Oversee client payment collections, ensuring timely payments and resolving any financial disputes.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to provide feedback and support ongoing product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years of experience in ad sales, online media, performance advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in mobile advertising and digital performance marketing, with a proven track record in ad sales and key account development.
- Established network within agencies, ad resellers, or direct advertisers, particularly in e-commerce, mobile apps, or lead generation industries.
- Deep understanding of performance advertising models, including CPC, CPM, oCPC, CPA, and programmatic DSP advertising.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving digital advertising environment.
- Additional language skills in Mandarin are a plus but not required
