Responsibilities
Picture yourself as a Runner at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
- Walk assigned floors regularly to collect soiled linen and trash from Room Attendants
- Keep linen drops clean and organized, assisting the Laundry team as needed
- Deliver requested guest items such as robes, cribs, and rollaway beds
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including refilling amenities and providing clean linen
- Perform occupancy checks and report lost and found items or room damages
- Support Room Attendants and Inspectors with supplies or task completion
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner
- Help Room Service and F&B teams by clearing used dishes when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of resort services and local attractions to assist with guest inquiries
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow a task list and complete assignments independently
- Willingness to learn the Alice ticketing system
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability based on business needs
