Recipe for Success:
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- A true passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, kitchen equipment, and basic prep tools
- Ability to follow recipes and accommodate allergy/dietary restrictions accurately
- Strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility for quality work
- Team-oriented mindset with a coachable attitude
- Clean work habits and a commitment to a safe, organized kitchen environment
- Ability to thrive in repetitive tasks and keep a steady pace under pressure
- Willingness to work early, mid-day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
