Responsibilities
- Assist guests with lift tickets, season passes, and resort activities in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
- Learn and apply knowledge of all Big Sky access products (BSR tickets and passes, Mountain Collective, Ikon, Boyne)
- Manage daily sales accurately and reconcile transactions with receipts
- Greet and support guests throughout their resort experience—from arrival to après
- Stay up-to-date on snow conditions, grooming reports, and event schedules to provide timely info
- Resolve ticket/pass issues quickly and efficiently
- Answer guest questions in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
- Support other areas including Ticket Window, Locker Operations, and Plaza Maintenance as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, POS systems, or ski resorts is a plus
- Skiing or snowboarding knowledge is a plus—green run ability or willingness to learn is a must
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic mountain environment
