The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience with prevailing wage or construction payroll compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations clearly. Proficiency in Excel and payroll or compliance systems is essential, along with a high level of confidentiality, organization, and collaboration.
