The Operational Safety Director serves as the company's primary technical authority and regulatory liaison, partnering closely with executive leadership and site teams to support safe, reliable operations.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of progressive safety leadership experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, ethanol, or grain handling environments, along with deep expertise in OSHA General Industry standards, Process Safety Management, and multi‑site safety programs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lead investigations and audits, and a proactive, improvement‑focused mindset. Regular travel to operating facilities is required.
