Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs
- Identify issues in scope and communicate with the external & internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
- Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer
- Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects
- Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions
- Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by the team, brand, and supervisors
- Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
- Contribute to a positive company and team culture
- Manage Customer Support Team in box including phone and email requests
- And other duties as assigned
Communication
- Read/analyze survey information and site documents for accurate scope and quotes
- Provide clear and concise written delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding needs, and executing a solution
- Fast paced email and phone response times
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
- Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
- Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issue
Critical Thinking
- Ability and willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective customer relationships by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- 1-3 years working in a business environment
- General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
- Experience in customer service, construction, or branding is a plus
Education
- BS or BA Degree, or similar experience

- 45,000.00 - 50,000.00
