Job Description

Big Rays is looking to hire a full-time Corporate Assistant Sales Manager. The Corporate Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Outfitting Sales Associates, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and that efficiencies and SOPs are being adhered to. The Corporate Assistant Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain proper flow of merchandise to the sales floor, ensure the team is meeting/exceeding lead-time and processing goals and will assist in all roles of the team as necessary.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of stairs, speaking and hearing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Detail orientated.
• Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Computer Skills requires
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Demonstrated ability using data to drive operational decisions and insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience in warehouse operations/logistics is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive wage ranging from $22-$24 per hour depending on experience, paid holidays, a 401(k) option, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and employee discount.
