Overview
Welcome guests, create a smooth arrival, and help visitors make the most of their experience. As a Guest Services / Ticket Sales team member, you’ll answer questions, sell and process tickets, and support safe, organized operations at our family friendly ski resort. This role may involve working outdoors, serving food, and lifting or moving supplies.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, provide clear directions, and deliver attentive customer service and hospitality throughout their visit.
- Sell tickets, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash transactions, and use basic math to verify payments and provide accurate change.
- Respond calmly to concerns, use conflict management skills to resolve issues, and seek assistance when needed.
Qualifications
- Skier or snowboarder is a plus! We are an outdoor recreation business, and relating well to our guests requires an understanding of skiing and boarding.
- Customer service, guest services, retail sales, or cash-handling experience is helpful; familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Able to communicate clearly, handle basic math and cash transactions, follow safety protocols, and perform required lifting and manual tasks.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
