We're The Big Marlin Group - a Marketing Solutions Company based in Gilbert, Arizona specializing in finding marketing solutions that produce BIG results for local and national companies. Our portfolio of clients spans across 45 states and 3 countries from home services, to non-profits, med spas, and everything in between.
We are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to join our growing Team. The ideal candidate has experience working with clients, overseeing paid digital accounts, basic knowledge and experience in the areas of digital marketing as well as experience working in an agency environment. You’ll be responsible for managing clients who run paid digital ads big and small, locally and nationally, for clients who have purchased our marketing services.
This position is full-time and based in Gilbert, AZ, and you must work from the office during regular business hours.

Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them, alongside the Account Service and Digital teams, to ensure overall effectiveness and successMonitor the effectiveness of campaigns via report measurement tools and offer alternative solutions for ultimate resultsManage various digital marketing projects using tracking (workflow) software; carefully reviewing/proofing and confirming that changes to deliverables were completed as requestedManage administrative and campaign work to ensure that consistency of the production process and that deadlines and internal budgets are met on time and on budgetPrepare for and present reporting metrics in client and internal meetings so that digital ad accounts can be managed efficientlyProficient in best practices for digital ad accounts, including maintaining Google/Facebook certifications as requiredConduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysisAssist other team members in daily tasks as requestedIssue weekly status reports to clients as well as to internal team membersHelp with conducting research on prospective clients, industries and issues as neededCollaborate with other departments (account managers, creative teams, interns, and sales) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actionsPresent digital marketing services to potential new clients
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or closely related disciplineAt least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or related fieldExcellent customer service; positive and professional attitudeExperience managing accounts in Google and Meta AdsBasic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Looker StudioExcellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skillsDetail-oriented with flawless spelling and grammarStrong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookA positive attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time
