What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager / Print Processor position at Direct Digital?
A Tempe Print and Mail Production Facility is seeking a motivated, detail oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a Full-Time Account Manager / Print Processor who is available to work Monday – Friday. Mircrosoft Excel experience is required.
Job Duties Include:
· Processing of customer print jobs thru our proprietary software applications based on production schedule and deadline commitments.
· Monitoring the workflow of various jobs from acceptance of data thru to distribution of all output.
· Data entry using utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
· Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
· Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
· Maintains customer records by updating profile and account information.
· Effective communication by phone and email with customers using professionalism, tact and empathy to maintain a long term customer relationship.
· Provides samples to customer; arranging shipment or delivery; notifying customer, following up for approval.
· Maintain filing systems.
· Protect operations by keeping all information confidential and adhering to security procedures.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
· Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Aptitude for a Windows based workstation and related technologies.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access.
· Ability to follow-up on commitments on a timely basis and adhere to deadlines.
· Familiarity with Postal Regulations and Processing a plus.
Education and Experience:
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer Service: 3 years
