Minimum Requirement for Employment

High school graduate or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Three years driving experience
Acceptable driving record
Negative pre-employment drug screen and tuberculosis test
Background checks will be conducted post-offer/pre-employment
Lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs. (extensive training provided)
Push or pull up to 200 lbs. with adaptive equipment

Direct support professional
day services
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) play a key role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships.
Start wage: $17.00. Raise at three months. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment.

Work Skills Trainer, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 37.5 hours per week. Morning hours providing transportation. Benefit eligible.
Work Supervisor, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 37.5 hours per week. Benefit eligible.
Part-time
Work Skills Trainer, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 27.5 hours per week.
