Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Payroll and Billing Specialist to join our finance team. As the Client Payroll and Billing Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records and reports. This position is key within the finance department in ensuring our clients are paid properly for their work and that Big Lakes receives timely reimbursement payments for services provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll management, with proficiency in various financial software.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely entry, management, research, and reconciliation of client timesheets and attendance forms for biweekly payroll and weekly transportation billing.
- Manage the billing process, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Support non-profit accounting practices where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
- Experience with payroll management systems is preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
