Position Overview
We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead our B2B client relationships while helping build the operational infrastructure that will support our continued growth. While we serve both business and retail customers in our store, this role focuses primarily on developing and managing our corporate and organizational accounts.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety—managing key business accounts, creating systems and processes that benefit our entire operation (both B2B and B2C retail), and contributing creative ideas to our marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities
B2B Account Management (60%)
- Serve as the main point of contact for business, corporate, and organizational clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and follow-up
- Develop proposals, pricing, and custom solutions for complex orders
- Identify opportunities to grow existing business accounts and re-engage past clients
- Track account performance and maintain detailed records in our systems
- Ensure exceptional client service and timely response to all business inquiries
- Collaborate with retail team to ensure seamless service for all customers
Operations & Process Development (20%)
- Document existing workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both B2B and retail operations
- Develop training materials for team members across all customer-facing roles
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Build scalable systems for order management, quality control, and customer communication
- Create consistency across all aspects of the business
- Support the team with improved processes and clear documentation that serves both business and retail customers
Marketing Support (20%)
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and client engagement across both B2B and retail markets
- Support content creation for social media and marketing materials
- Identify marketing opportunities within our business client base and retail customer community
- Participate in seasonal campaigns and business development initiatives
- Represent Big Frog at networking events and in the business community
- Assist with email marketing and client communications
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating documentation, processes, or training materials
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with standard business software (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a retail environment while managing business accounts
Preferred:
- Experience in the custom apparel, printing, or promotional products industry
- Background in operations, process improvement, or project management
- Marketing or social media experience
- Experience in both B2B and retail/customer service environments
- Familiarity with the Woodbury/East Metro business community
- Comfortable presenting to groups and networking
