What You’ll Do:

As an HR Business Partner for Recruiting & Onboarding, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by leading strategic recruitment efforts and designing an engaging onboarding experience. In this role, you will:

• Drive Talent Acquisition: Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies for specialized roles

• Create a Seamless Onboarding Experience: Design and execute an onboarding process that sets new hires up for success and cultural integration
• Be a Candidate Champion: Provide clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring journey
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, interview processes, and employer branding strategies
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Track key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring and retention efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding programs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (such as SuccessFactors) is a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for people and culture
