Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Clerk located in Midland, TX. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, performing regular physical counts, and ensuring proper organization and storage of materials. Additional responsibilities include receiving and shipping goods, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with team members to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and managing Inventory Control
- Proficiency in conducting Physical Inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Strong Communication skills for effectively coordinating with team members and suppliers
- Basic Computer Literacy, including experience with inventory management systems
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in an industrial environment is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the role
