Job Responsibilities & Function
• Sends out purchase orders and follows up on status
• Recommends purchases for blank stock items
• Issues internal purchase orders for production needs
• Monitor deadlines for samples to be sent to shows
• Review barcodes and product descriptions
• Assign item SKU and UPC
• Verify accuracy in ERP system and catalog
• Maintain master product information sheet
• Update sales team on inventory counts
• Update ship dates in ERP system
• Communicate wire information to accounts payable
