Big Buck Brewery is a small business in Gaylord, MI. Our goal is to to be the #1 destination in Northern Michigan for excellent craft beer, food, fine spirits, wine and entertainment. Our service will be provided by enthusiastic, dedicated employees managed by caring professionals. The Big Buck Brewery in Gaylord is looking for Servers to work with our Front of the House team, especially on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests when they arrive at the brewery
- Take food and drink orders.
- Use our Point of Sale (POS) system to communicate the order to our culinary team as well as the bartender(s)
- Deliver your food to our guests
- Pre-bus tables as guests are finished with dishes
- Provide guests with their final check when they are ready to leave.
- Complete side work on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Arrive on-time for your scheduled shift and be prepared to provide exceptional service.
- A clean, professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of craft beer, as well as a willingness to learn about craft beer
- Ability to work well as part of a team
