We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Global Chief Business Development Officer and the broader Business Development team in our DUMBO, New York office. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Operations team and will collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire organization.
- 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Experience with booking complex international travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency
- Can manage multiple complex schedules and daily calendars
- Strong organizational skills, capable of both the big-picture understanding and detail-oriented execution
- Capable of multi-tasking which often vary in scale and scope
- Comfortable in a dynamic work environment with creative personalities
- Team player that feels that no administrative task is too little or too great
- Manage and organize the Business Development Partners’ schedule to their preferences
- Extensive travel assistance including flight and hotel bookings
- Assisting on special projects such as conference scheduling, study trips, etc
- Answering phone calls and e-mails on behalf of the Business Development Partner
- Assisting in the planning of various office events
- Assistance in preparing paperwork for various business qualifications, licenses, etc.
- Various ad hoc tasks

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
