SUMMARY: Downstream/Industrial Sector, and will act as the representative for specific customers, maintaining and enhancing the business relationships with those companies
Duties Or Responsibilities
- Primary focus will be driving sales through focused strategies within the Downstream/Industrial Sector
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within current and prospective customers
- Develop Accounts to strategically grow revenue within the assigned Downstream/Industrial Market
- Meet or exceed sales goals by retaining current customers and taking market share from the competition
- Responsible for business development, identifying market trends, and gaining competitive knowledge
- Develop and execute a strategy to close new opportunities within the Downstream/Industrial Market
- Possesses strong communications skills when projects and customers cross territories
- Performs other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience with extensive contacts of end users in the Downstream/Industrial Market
- Relevant business knowledge of Downstream/Industrial Market products and service offerings
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Oral and written communication skills, presentation, marketing and negotiation skills
- Ability to initiate and adapt to change, and work as part of small and large teams
- Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times
- Strong work ethic and integrity, positive and assertive attitude
- Maintain and enhance good working relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented, organized and analytical, goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure
