Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot root causes to reduce downtime.
- Inspect equipment and recommend reliability improvements.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to support production objectives.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and industrial controls.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, packaging, paper, converting, or corrugated industry experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems.
