Industrial Maintenance Technician (M2P Technician) – Green Bay, WI

BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support one of our customer locations in the Green Bay area. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and working independently in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on corrugated manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
- Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
- Work directly with customer personnel and BHS management to support production goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company and customer safety procedures.
- Participate in on-call coverage as required.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Paper, packaging, corrugated, converting, or high-speed manufacturing experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Competitive hourly pay $36-42hr
