Responsibilities Include:

Growth & Revenue Leadership: Develop and own the company’s growth strategy across all digital marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. Lead sales, merchandising, marketing, and pricing teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and accountability across departments.

Marketplace & Channel Expansion: Build and execute B2C and B2B growth plans across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Lowe’s, and MaxWarehouse.com. Identify new marketplace opportunities, partnerships, and categories for expansion.

Optimize digital shelf performance including pricing, content, reviews, and assortment to drive conversion and profitability.

Merchandising & Supplier Partnerships: Oversee supplier relationship strategy, negotiate programs and promotional investments, and execute brand growth plans with key partners.

Ensure supplier initiatives strengthen profitability, brand differentiation, and joint success.
