Business Development Manager – Real Estate Services - 2046

A growing services organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships within the real estate and property management space. This role requires an established book of business and a strong professional network.

Responsibilities Include:

• Growing business through relationships with property management companies

• Leveraging an existing book of business and professional network

• Developing and managing long-term partner relationships

• Identifying and closing subcontracting opportunities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for partner accounts

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven business development or sales experience

• Existing book of business within property management

• Strong relationship-driven sales approach

• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

• Experience in property management, facilities, or building services preferred

Salary: $150k - $200k/Year Commission
