Our client is looking for an Investor Relations/ Sales for thier Miami headquarters. This individual will drive business development efforts, cultivate relationships, and support capital-raising initiatives across their private fund platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across intermediary and private wealth channels
- Communicate investment strategies and platform capabilities to RIAs, broker-dealers, custodians, and other financial intermediaries
- Utilize Salesforce (or comparable CRM) to manage pipelines, track outreach, and support sales activity
- Track, analyze, and evaluate metrics tied to business development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client engagement
- Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
- 5 yearss of sales experience within the private fund sector; proven capital-raising experience
- Strong understanding of private markets and hedge fund investment strategies
- Experience working with intermediary channels (Schwab, Fidelity, B/D platforms, Independent RIAs)
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
