This role oversees a team of analysts responsible for online and mobile banking performance, product enhancements, and martech integration to drive automation, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing digital channels team.
• Oversee the operation and optimization of online and mobile banking platforms.
• Manage digital product launches, vendor integrations, and system enhancements.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively.
• Drive martech initiatives to improve automation and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Track KPIs to monitor performance and client adoption.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or product management.
• Strong knowledge of online/mobile banking platforms and vendor management.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
