Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Interaction
- Greet patients and families in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage general front-desk administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with children and families
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing phones and scheduling
- Available full-time, 9 AM–5 PM
