About the Role

You'll get embedded in clients' businesses, take the lead on projects that push growth, and untangle the people-related challenges holding teams back. It's hands-on, relationship-driven work with real ownership: you'll build your own client base and share directly in the results you create.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Meet with clients on-site and get embedded in their day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of client projects from start to finish
Growth & Problem-Solving
- Push growth across client businesses and help sharpen KPIs and operations
- Tackle people-related challenges, from hiring to management
Building Your Client Base
- Grow and manage your own book of business
- Get support with new-client leads, billing, and full training as you ramp up
Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience or a background running a business
- Strong people skills and sharp instincts
- Organized, articulate, and self-directed
- Strong leadership presence
- HR and operations experience
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet clients on-site
