About the Role:
A growing healthcare company is looking for an Intake & Onboarding Coordinator to onboard clients, handle insurance, and convert leads generated through marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone with real growth potential — the right candidate could move into a Head of Intake role, training and managing future intake staff as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake & Lead Conversion
- Talk with prospective clients by phone, answer questions, and guide them through sign-up
- Call or respond to inbound leads, understand client needs, and ask about prior agency experience
- Convert and close leads generated through marketing, keeping prospects engaged throughout the process
Onboarding & Insurance
- Onboard new clients and manage insurance-related steps
- Understand insurance concepts such as authorization and verifying active coverage
Growth Potential
- Opportunity to grow into a Head of Intake role, training and overseeing other intake staff as the team grows
Qualifications:
- ABA experience or background required
- Understanding of insurance authorization and verification
- Some sales ability — comfortable engaging prospects who may be exploring multiple companies and confidently closing them
- Strong communication skills, able to connect well with a diverse range of clients
- Growth-minded, with interest in eventually leading and training an intake team
