About the Role
A growing real estate company is looking for a hands-on Property Management Associate to oversee day-to-day operations at newly constructed Class A multifamily buildings totaling approximately 500 units, with commercial space on the ground floor.
This is a field-based role for someone who can handle day-to-day building operations, oversee porters and supers, and make sure everything runs smoothly. The properties are located in Brooklyn, with the main office in Boro Park.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of relevant property management experience.
Salary: $80k - $100k/Year
